    Being in the same space allows me to get to know you quickly. My consulting space is private, comfortable and bright in an established health practice close to Newtown station.

    If you have mobility or other health issues or care responsibilities you may prefer an online session. If so consider your privacy and ability to stay focussed before you book.

  • WALK & TALK

    Some people prefer to be on the move instead of sitting face-to-face. Our bodies also feel our emotional stresses. And it might work for you if you need to use your lunch break.
